You should have it replaced. I think this is just an isolated case as I didn't hear of other reports with the same issue. I believe Nanjin told us earlier that there were very few returns. Maybe 1 in 1000 figures or less. So what I'm saying is chances are higher that you will receive a good one...

Learn how to balance your figures and they won't fall when done properly. Check this Patrol trooper, notice the right foot doesn't even touch the floor fully and the figure is still in perfect balance and won't fall over.

But why? The figures already stay perfectly on themselves, no need for a mangnet. And @nanjin already mentioned before that their gravity point is lower so that they can stand better them other figures.

Let me start by saying that I absolutely love the FC Picard. My absolute favorite until now. However I do hope that TNG posterboy Picard gets an updated headsculpt because I don't feel that headsculpt at all. Or is it just me?

I actually agree with @nanjin on not calling them Deluxe and Standard but Basic and Standard. Deluxe implies that it's a better figure while in fact it's just the same figure with less accessories.
