GunDamit still have Noctis. I also noticed there's 2 different head sculpts for Noctis (Blue Eye & Red Eye) however only the 'Blue Eye' is available on the figure since the accessory pack doesn't come with a head sculpt, strange... maybe it'll come with replaceable eyes since GT is exploring...

Very unlikely since the 'licensor' has already approved the figure and it has been moved into production. They would need to re-submit it all for approval again. Joys of working with licensors and getting stuff approved, but I guess if enough fans cry for it then maybe they will push to have it...
