Jazzinc Dioramas 1/6 Ultimate Catwoman (Batman Returns, 1992)

Eye rolling system is too much work, and sometimes the likeness will look off. I tried it once years ago. It takes away the true likeness because the eyeballs are too smooth. Hard to explain. I would go off to the deep end if I try to explain it further. I think the best way to do this is...

    Hot Toys MMS 692 + 693 BATMAN (1989) 1/6 scale Batman 2.0

This is why I didn’t cancel my preorder. There’s a chance that some custom faceplate with better Keaton likeness will be made in the near future. I actually like 2.0’s cowl. It looks perfect.

    Hot Toys MMS 692 + 693 BATMAN (1989) 1/6 scale Batman 2.0

Exactly how I feel with custom cowl. I don’t need the WHOLE thing, just face plates. These 2.0 plates don’t use magnets, they each just have large plug in the back.

Jazzinc Dioramas 1/6 Ultimate Catwoman (Batman Returns, 1992)

I mean, they really should focus on the clean version first. Battle damaged version can wait until next year or two. They already got the diorama done for the clean one. Just get the simple version done first! They’re doing too much at once with two versions.

Jazzinc Dioramas 1/6 Ultimate Catwoman (Batman Returns, 1992)

If I have to pick from the list, I’d say 2 and 4. 3 is too flat/plain. The licking head should be reserved for the deluxe. If it’s a clean deluxe: all 4, plus a new head that’s an action face. If it’s clean standard: just two. For an action face, I meant something like the ones I attached. I...

Hot Toys: Batman 85 Years Announcement Speculation

I think SSR is getting pretty close with their take on Alex Ross inspired Superman (1/6 Justice Savior), but it looks way too buff and the head is not quite there, but still, it’s close enough. Hot Toys will never do this. They would rather make 30 more Star Wars, Spider-Man, and Iron Man...

Hot Toys 1992 Batman Returns 2.0

It has me wondering that the BR new faceplates might actually fit on the ‘89 cowl this time. Who knows?

Jazzinc Dioramas 1/6 Ultimate Catwoman (Batman Returns, 1992)

You’re right, Nick. Probably would be best to go for a deluxe clean figure with the diorama base. Damn, that’s expensive.

    Hot Toys MMS 692 + 693 BATMAN (1989) 1/6 scale Batman 2.0

Does it look better in person than from photos? Is there likeness that’s more obvious in person? Jw.

Jazzinc Dioramas 1/6 Ultimate Catwoman (Batman Returns, 1992)

I look forward to this new figure. Jazzinc is doing an incredible job so far. I had to sign in my old azz account (that I haven’t been using for YEARS) to put in my thoughts on this new project. Here are my thoughts, and I think they’ll be beneficial to both Jazzinc and the customers, so not...

1/6 Hot Toys BvS: Dawn of Justice - Superman

Wow! :google All that detail! Is this 3d printed, or is it hand sculpted? Still impressive either way, I'm just wondering what he did to make that. All those wrinkles and pores, holy moly. From my experience in casting, I find the Smooth-On molding product to be the best one to wrap every...

    HT Christopher Reeve Superman RANT

I was busy with my comic book projects. No idea about Hot Toys, and didn't even realize ultra-realistic figures existed at the time. Now, been practicing, and self-teaching sculpting to improve my drawing skills for two years now. Since I started to sculpt a face, I had to pick one favorite...

    HT Christopher Reeve Superman RANT

I know it's outdated, but ever since I've been staring at tons of pictures and videos of Christopher Reeve Hot Toys figure, I still couldn't put a finger on what was wrong with the face. Now, I know... The face is STRETCHED OUT!! They literally stretched CR's face sculpt in a computer, and just...

1/6 Hot Toys BvS: Dawn of Justice - Superman

You should care. People complained about Batman's appearance in the proto shots, but never know he actually looks good in hand. You're missing the point of my posts.

1/6 Hot Toys BvS: Dawn of Justice - Superman

That's the problem. You only judged the face by a few awful/unfair photos of the prototype. I just wish the video reviewers can review THAT prototype in hand.

1/6 Hot Toys BvS: Dawn of Justice - Superman

It actually makes a huge difference. Don't want the figure's face to look like a bird.

1/6 Hot Toys BvS: Dawn of Justice - Superman

I actually think the BVS Supes looks miles better than the MOS figure. I'm looking forward to buying the BVS Supes.

1/6 Hot Toys BvS: Dawn of Justice - Superman

The fans did ask Hot Toys for changes to the figure. An Open Letter To Hot Toys... - SUPERMANIASUPERMANIA Then Hot Toys did make changes upon the fans' requests. An Open Letter To Hot Toys... - SUPERMANIASUPERMANIA However, to me, I still prefer the proto figure, because the entire figure...

1/6 Hot Toys BvS: Dawn of Justice - Superman

You know what? I don't want Hot Toys to listen to what I have to say about Hot Toys' quality figures, because I don't own ANY Hot Toys figure. I don't want them to risk fixing the BVS Cavill. It looks really good in a lot of earlier photos. Fixing the face happened to Christopher Reeve sculpt...
