This is a bit of a concern - the length of the robes is too short while the trousers are too long. The robe should come down to the same level as the trousers, covering the tops of the boots in a similar way. Why are the trousers so long? It looks pretty bad imo, like he's wearing his taller...

Funny, I think the mouth is the thing selling it at the moment. The eyes and brow aren't quite right. If you look only at the bottom half of the sculpt (like block/cut off the top half), you can see Viggo pretty clearly. The top half not so much.
