Thanks for the insight was always curious to hear views that are not reported on a news site. I like to have a better understanding when it comes to things like this as lets face it, would be arrogant of me to say I fully understood as I am not Scottish. If you get a yes vote I hope it works...

May I ask why you want independence? Don't get me wrong I am not questioning your decision, I am interested in hearing your opinion to gain a better understanding. :) Is it because you feel Scotland can support itself or is it a deeper feeling? Whatever happens I am sure UK/Scotland relations...

Afaik they are voting to leave the UK to become their own country like the Republic of Ireland. I personally hope they don't leave I would be sad to see them leave the UK, but I will support whatever decision is made. I love Scotland and would no doubt continue to visit whatever the decision.

Only thing about after market sales is that they are only worth what people are prepared to pay for them. If people are buying them at let say for example $700 $800 that's what others will sell them for.

I doubt you will need many volts I know that those ikea Dioders plug does about 5v if memory serves and each strip uses about 0.6 or 0.7 volts and I am sure there are more lights on them than Tony's base. Might want to be cautious since there are no details of what is safe to use you may risk...

Looks like a little price war with other suppliers, I noticed this once other pre-orders started to pop up. Good for us UK collectors and the guys who want this, bit of healthy competition is good for our wallets.
