I feel exactly like Dusty_Lane on his points. I have both the Hottoys and Neca figures and they both blow this one away in terms of likeness. This is one of those statues that you can just look at it and tell it's really off. I really hope it's the lighting, but I don't thinks so!

Why should hot toys stop overcharging? People come up with a ton of poor excuses as to why hot toys has the right to rip them off. It seems that no matter how much they charge, people continue to buy their products like candy. I wonder if there will ever be a point where people say to themselves...

You're missing the point. The figuarts zero statues aren't that much shorter than the figuart figures, but their still shorter. If you want to mix and match the lines you certainly can as they are very close in size.

I am right! You are counting the base. With out it, figuarts zero Goku is indeed a little smaller than his figure counterpart. I've seen the comparison! These are, however, cheaper than the figuarts figures.

I think the clear hair looks pretty good, but these statues are soooo small! They're even a little smaller than Figuarts figures.

Wow, thanks a lot guys! I'm disappointed that the color of the 8" Elder prototype is much more accurate than this 1/4 scale figure. It's not a horrible figure, just very underwhelming.
