    1:6 Scale Terminator Endoskeleton

Thanks. Will post more soon, but am currently busy with fixing the new chest and back piece scans.

A few more. Shoulder Arm - Upper Arm - Elbow

Next batch. This is not the LFS neck but another neck I had bought previously to buying my LFS kit. If people want to see the LFS split up and resized neck I can do that too. Though... I made the alterations based on visual aid, not measurements, so it may not be accurate. This is the solid...

3 more. I did not scan the rectangular piece as that is not an original SWS piece, but was sculpted for the T2:3D display endoskeletons. And I'll probably not show the spine pieces as I cannot find the original scans, but only my resized and re-shaped ones. So they wouldn't be accurate. Though...

Uncertain whether this warpage is on the production made endoskeleton. And I didn't remove the flashing from the casting process before scanning. Pelvis

The daily dose. Knees - L and R

    1:6 Scale Terminator Endoskeleton

While I'm working on things I thought I might as well slowly go through and making multi-view orthographic images of the scans. (My kit only came with this 1 style, but it may just be how the LFS kit was decided to be made and the original may have had two separate sculpts... or, like the LFS...

    1:6 Scale Terminator Endoskeleton

Absolutely. We are talking about 1:6 scale and 1:4 scale. I plan to do a 1:9 scale for myself to put alongside my old Tsukuda/Halcyon endoskeleton.

PT Studios are only doing severely limited runs, and they are quite expensive, so there's no chance for someone like me to be able to afford one, let alone getting in on the run. They are usually all sold out when they start producing the castings.

    1:6 Scale Terminator Endoskeleton

Well, most of what you see in the above picture are the old 0.2mm resolution scans + one or three old 0.1mm resolution scans. The software has updated since then, so I will probably have to rescan everything again. The neck and spine and rectangular piece on the chest that I have with my kit...

    1:6 Scale Terminator Endoskeleton

Scanned the fingers as well, so now it's pretty complete. And just to show what goes into doing one of these renders, I have to load parts of the endoskeleton with overlapping sections, then take a screen capture, then load the next batch with overlap, and so forth. I'm working with most of...

Also forgot to link my Thingiverse page where I have uploaded a lot of the endoskeleton models I have made based off of measurements of the full scale kit I own and from other people's castings. https://www.thingiverse.com/toomuchgarlic/designs

I forgot to ask. What companies are planning to create T1 endoskeletons in 1:6 scale?

    Endoskull Roll Call...

I'm not sure what you are asking, but from the pictures it looks like the paint under the chrome finish has lifted. From my understanding there is no easy way to fix that. You would have to strip the whole thing and re-chrome it. Just consider it extra battle damage and instead of repairing...

    1:6 Scale Terminator Endoskeleton

Interesting. Hope at least 1 of them is able to get a 3D scan done, at least for reference, or is willing to listen to feedback. Stan Winston Studios created a 3D scan for the third scale Cinemaquette figure. Though the skull is a T2:3D style and not accurate to T1 or T2 production, the...

1:6 Darth Vader 3D Laser Scan & Print Project

Finally, I was able to get a respiratory mask that was sealed and had the right kind of filters, so now I'm print ready. Since it's been a while I may have to update the firmware on the printer and update and re-acquaint myself with the slicer software. Still working on fixing the models. Had...

    1:6 Scale Terminator Endoskeleton

Not full scale pieces, but I plan on doing 1:6 scale model kits you have to assemble and paint yourself. If there are companies wanting to do T1 endos... do you know if any of them are planning on 1:6 scale? Really hope they will listen to feedback, because most companies get the shapes and...

    1:6 Scale Terminator Endoskeleton

A few days ago I was made aware that there were new updates to the software for my scanner. I had forgot to check the box that made them download automatically. I downloaded it and am now trying the new software... and in a quick and dirty endoskeleton lower jaw scan in 0.2mm resolution I...

1:6 Darth Vader 3D Laser Scan & Print Project

Working on the last ANH model before we can do some test prints. While working those out I will trudge through fixing the last 9 models... the face masks are going to be the worst as the connection points where the grills were merged into the face mask model has to be gone through on the polygon...
