I completely disagree that he looks smaller. In relation to Predator? Absolutely, but so does everything else. In relation to the other Alien pieces? No, he's perfectly in scale.

Predator is just massive and overscaled for sure. The other Aliens all fit the same scale and pair well IMO. Warrior looks awesome. I'm very happy I PO'd.

I don't get all the honeycomb. Looks bad. And that dome looks bad too.

Yea, the pics seen so far seem to have altered the angle so it's not as "chin up" as was prototyped. I hope it's just the pics so far.

I see he has some new helmet stands. They look nice, but are super overpriced. I would grab some at the $35 mark each, but I'm not paying $55 for a damn stand.

I hope the Falcon can be mounted vertically/angled so that it takes up less space. I know I can't fit a flat sitting MF in the collection when I'm already having trouble figuring out where to put the AT-AT, AT-ST, and Scout Trooper with Speederbike, let alone all the other statues/models I want...

I still think this looks pretty good, given the always crappy China phone pics we seem to get first. However, there are two areas where I think they botched it up. 1) The dome being too clear, too much thick black line, and too much black in the back. and 2) the overspray on the chrome teeth...

Real leather is the only way I would even consider getting this. If it's pleather, it's basically dust in 5 years.

Totally understand. I'm happy for you guys that look forward to these. I will look on with respect here as I do love the fact that we are getting so many sci-fi focused licenses these days. Ones that were so overlooked for so long.

This looks phenomenal so far. Man, I wish it was 1/4 instead though. I just have to keep my 1/3 pieces to JH Predator, Big Chap and Warrior Aliens, Terminator Endo, and maybe an ESB Vader when that eventually drops this year.

Seeing these 3 previewed reminds just how awful I think the AVP Preds look. Just bodybuilders in suits IMO. But if you like that look then these are definitely the definitive statues to get.

That seems to be the case with MANY of the life size busts these days: lack of personality and emotion.
