It?s like thats what a Non Refundable Deposit is all about. Sideshow will still sometimes refund you but its at their discretion.

For what it?s worth, the torso on the XLII is extended in that picture you quoted.

When you go to a larger scale you soon begin to really realize that quality > quantity

I don?t even like the mark 3 all that much but I am seriously considering this. Despite the flaws, its still a stellar looking figure.

Still gonna wait for more pics with better lighting and less lens distortion. But it?s good to be cautious. As someone who is now mere dollars from being priced out of this entire hobby, there?s just no reason not to expect perfection or near perfection with this stuff.
