Pretty nice init. The brand doesn’t come to mind right now, however the name of the paint does because I thought “of course it is!” - look up Darth Blue - model paint etc. Initially I didn’t take too much notice of the effect as described, more that metallic deep Blue with hints of Purple...

This is my repaint, minus the eyes. I dry-brushed his skin on both his body and head to make them match more - odd choice on the manufacturers part. Then I painted the armour matt black as an under coat/primer with the intention of adding a darker blue/purple and then dry-brushing a lighter...

So how is the hair colour in-hand? A little difficult to tell, but is it a lighter somewhat caramel brown with the darker beard like Mr Russell or is it all more of a chocolate brown? Curious as to how much work will be required…

Can’t quite recall the exact line, but he’s definitely got that “you bitch” or “cheating bitch” (whatever he says) look to him 👍🏻

Cover them both with some sort of gloss for that slimy effect and I reckon they’ll improve a bit 🤔

I’m sure this thing will turn out nice and be pretty good in-hand, but I did like the earlier HS - even with the odd semi-open mouth. Still excited for this thing though.

Got my invoice this morning. Well excited to have these 2 back in the collection to represent this classic and most favourite film. I had the sideshow versions from years back and they were atrocious. Only ones available at the time - Yan Toys versions are most welcome and something different...

I realise this is a thread is for figure suggestions, however, as what could be classed as a character at least - I would absolutely love an Aliens 1/6 APC. Have no idea where I would store it, probably next to my actual car as it would be just as big 😄
