Finally got Boba Fett DX so I was able to add him to the diorama.

That is funny because these days European distribution gets stock like 8+ months after HK release. It is much worse than anytime before. It really sucks to be an EU collector. EU deserves it's official distributor with warehouse :(

For me, as a boomer, every alien from cantina is "iconic". Star Wars in a nutshell, also Stormtroopers and Vader. But for 99 % of people, it is exactly as you wrote.

BTW those armor changes are due to using real people in armor, not CGI.

Did a small update of the Scarif diorama. I did not like the "pond" of water, lack of trees, and boring poses, it was a scene where is really nothing going on. I tried to fix it.

No sculpt. It is going to be plain repaint. Watch it.

Funny enough a lot of people want just the trooper and do not care about the vehicle. Not sure if HT is doing this on purpose or if they are just disconnected from their customers as always.

Never underestimate the power of repaint. HT loves "new" troopers and easy money.

the real barrier to them making the new troopers is they don't tend to want to make "generic" headsculpts. Non main characters. They didn't even really make a mud trooper. They made Han Solo in mudtrooper outfit. Same with Death Star Trooper. It is really a bummer they will not make any...
