TOMY Prestige Select Die-cast 1/350 Scale Enterprise Replica

Forgot to post here too: My initial thoughts are that I don’t regret my purchase at all. But obviously I wish they had followed through with their promises. If you can get past the seams and plugs, the piece does look great. My first thought was that I would display it from its Port side, so I...

TOMY Prestige Select Die-cast 1/350 Scale Enterprise Replica

I just wanted to share the pain of waiting with my fellow collectors :)

TOMY Prestige Select Die-cast 1/350 Scale Enterprise Replica

I was a torturer in my past life. Sorry :) I was this close to calling my boss, to take a sicky! I expect to be unboxing it in about 8 hours, after I get home from work. But unlike most here, I'm not at all discerning when it comes to catching inaccuracies with models such as this. The...

TOMY Prestige Select Die-cast 1/350 Scale Enterprise Replica

Well it’s official. Mine has just been delivered! But unfortunately I was just about to leave for work, so I was unable to unbox it. Heck I didn’t even have the time to take it out of the shipper box to see the art box.

    EXO-6 Star Trek “Picard” Figures

I more or less liked how each of the first two seasons of Picard started with the first couple of episodes, but then they both way too quickly crashed and burned by the halfway points and never recovered.

Factory Entertainment Star Trek Model Starships

Haha If anything, I shouldn't have got the NCC-1701 from Tomy. Honestly, I would've preferred any other primary Federation ship post TOS, as my Star Trek started with TNG. Well except for The Discovery, as even though I like the show (yes, I know, blasphemy), I really don't care for the ship...

TOMY Prestige Select Die-cast 1/350 Scale Enterprise Replica

Actually, Zing and EB Games are one and the same. One sells various collectables and the other is games, but often operating from the exact same premises. I'll try to post pics, but I'm not the most discerning when it comes to inaccuracies on these type of things. Other than the usual photos...

1/6 Hot Toys - Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness - Doctor Strange

I actually really liked the movie, especially when I got past them going the way they did with Wanda. It also helped that I totally skipped all but one of the trailers, so I wasn't pulled into that blackhole of imagery expectations that many found themselves in.

TOMY Prestige Select Die-cast 1/350 Scale Enterprise Replica

Well, it looks like my Tomy Enterprise may have actually shipped via Zing (Australia). If legit, I'll have it in hand by Monday, my time.

Factory Entertainment Star Trek Model Starships

Weren't there previous licenced ships of this size that went from $7-10K like more than 10 years ago. I think it was qMX or something, so the price isn't totally surprising. But it looks like my Tomy Enterprise may have actually shipped. If legit, I'll have it in hand by Monday, my time.

1/6 Hot Toys - TMS111 - Ahsoka series: Sabine Wren

I've never bought a Star Wars Hot Toys, as most of my pieces for that series are 1/4 scale statues, but for some reason I keep on coming back and looking over the images. I can get this from Popcultcha for $405 AUD shipped, which is about $260 USD. But of course I'll be waiting a lifetime for...

1/6 Hot Toys - The Flash - Supergirl Collectible Figure

I thought the movie was fine. But there’s as many many takes across animation, tv series and movies, on Flashpoint as there is of the Phoenix saga. Even though there were interesting ideas/swaps (Keaton Bats instead of Thomas Wayne / Supergirl instead of skinny Superman / Zod and co instead...

    Jazzinc 1/6 Batman 1989 Batmobile

After watching his most recent vid, I'm this close to preordering this. But then I did a stupid thing. I compared what it would cost me to import it against preordering the Hot Toys version from Popcultcha. Estimated $3,700 AUD vs $1,053 AUD...... decisions, decisions.

    1/6 Hot Toys - Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse - Spider Man 2099 Collectible Figure

I may actually get this now. Just like their Peacemaker figure, this is a vast improvement, where it shows both original prototypes never should've seen the light of day.

Hot Toys Grogu Life Size Figure 2.0

I prefer Sideshow's too, but they were relatively cheap, so I just got both. I'm still reorganising my collection a bit, but I'll be displaying them with my Sideshow Mando bust.

    Hot Toys Modok

I’ll admit I actually liked the movie, but he was one of the few things I really didn’t care for.
  17. P

    Hot Toys Moon Knight

I personally think the figure looks pretty good, and that's coming from someone who didn't care much for the show. The show was close to being my least favourite of the whole slate of Disney+ shows....... And yet I still preordered the damn thing.

1/6 Hot Toys - Black Panther: Wakanda Forever - Black Panther Collectible Figure

Great unmasked head sculpt. I can’t wait to get this along with the other one just revealed.

1/6 Hot Toys- Mighty Thor (Jane Foster)- Thor: Love and Thunder

Great unmasked head sculpt. I can’t wait to get this along with the other one just revealed.

Infinity Studio: Bale Batman Life-Size Bust

Which is why I bought it locally. If push comes to shove, I'll organise for pick up from Sugo as they're only 15 minutes away from me.
