Well it’s official. Mine has just been delivered! But unfortunately I was just about to leave for work, so I was unable to unbox it. Heck I didn’t even have the time to take it out of the shipper box to see the art box.

I more or less liked how each of the first two seasons of Picard started with the first couple of episodes, but then they both way too quickly crashed and burned by the halfway points and never recovered.

I actually really liked the movie, especially when I got past them going the way they did with Wanda. It also helped that I totally skipped all but one of the trailers, so I wasn't pulled into that blackhole of imagery expectations that many found themselves in.

After watching his most recent vid, I'm this close to preordering this. But then I did a stupid thing. I compared what it would cost me to import it against preordering the Hot Toys version from Popcultcha. Estimated $3,700 AUD vs $1,053 AUD...... decisions, decisions.

I may actually get this now. Just like their Peacemaker figure, this is a vast improvement, where it shows both original prototypes never should've seen the light of day.
