I got mine back in October/November via Sugo, almost 3 months ago. If you order via Spec, there's always a delay with Queen pieces.

I’ll probably cancel my preorder for this, and keep my 1/4 scale statue preorder from Queen.

For Australians it's probably cheaper to go through Sugo. Even with One Sixth Kit's free shipping, Sugo is probably $90 AUD ($60 USD) cheaper.

As far as I'm concerned any minute difference anyone could possibly find in the face sculpt is simply due to expression, and not due to likeness discrepancies. If not for the sculpted beard, I doubt his own mother would be able to tell the difference.

Even if your assumption is currently correct, it won’t hold out for long. Given that InArt is the 1/6 figure arm for Queen Studios, any successful sculpt might be used with some minor adjustments for any statues that they also hold the license for. And I’ve always thought Queen Studios 1/4...

Now I’m wondering if even Infinity’s likely 1/2 scale statue version will be able to compete with this. Note that the others in the Infinity line also have fabric clothing and rooted hair. Their recent production release for Legolas looks pretty decent.

As a statue collector too, part of me wishes that Queen Studios had the 1/3 scale license, so that they could simply upscale this exact sculpt to a future statue.
