Could be a sewing line. When Hot Toys released their Royal Guard years ago, many had blue lines used in cutting and sewing still on the robe. Just a guess.

I just checked my Data and noticed something different. All of my previous Exo-6 figures arrived in New York. Data is now showing as arriving in Miami. As I live in Florida, I may get him sooner than expected.
