Yeah, that's true. I don't know how they blended everything together but I do like the end result.

Yeah, it seems to be a vinyl cape. It's certainly more flexible and has more play to it. A true resin cape would literally be asking for trouble. I'm cool with it. It looks good so I don't have any complaints and there's far less concern about breakage.

I honestly dig this statue. After XM's Mags on a throne, this is my second favorite licensed classic Mags statue. I like it less than the XM throne piece but more than Sideshow's MAQ. That all said, I'm still waiting on a true comic accurate 1/4 classic Mags inspired by Byrne's or Lee's art.

What you see is what you're going to get as far as details in the sculpt are concerned. Sideshow's biggest QC problems usually boil down to iffy paint apps and wonky eyes.
