Thanks. Between the sculpts and the paint there is a lot a variation for sure. Amazing how artists see different things when creating these sculpts.
That's what's great about this hobby is there are options and you can go with what speaks to you.
Sorry but I don?t remember who posted it on Facebook or I would. And to clarify it was the eyes that were pushed in. I don?t think he modified the eyelids.
Thanks to all for the kind words. Crazy how a simple trick makes such a difference. davejames I think you will like the figure quite a bit the more time you spend with it.
My limited photography skills keep me from getting a good close-up shot of the eyes. The way the eyes on my figure sit...
I took the plunge and gave the robes a water treatment. I'm pleased with how they came out. Thanks again to Maximus for the pose inspiration and to davejames for suggesting the water treatment.
Thanks! He really is a nice piece.
I agree the robes might look better with a water treatment applied to them. I'm sure someone with better skills than I have will do that soon and inspire the rest of us to take the plunge.
Thanks, Wor-Gar. I'm pretty happy with him. I was fortunate enough to get some great parts from some great artists.
