That's pretty normal from my experience. Every figure I have with a light up feature (Iron Man,Ghost Rider,Terminator,Predator and a few others) only stay at full brightness for a short period before fading.

Try a few cotton wool balls. I used one behind each pec and half of one at the neck line.

It is. It's got about 3 inches clearance on all sides so if Hot Toys ever sees the light and gives us a part 1 Doc:impatient:(or more likely I end up kitbashing one) there'll be room for him too.
