Recently, I purchased the 2006 SSC Maul exclusive figure off ebay for a really good deal to part out for a custom, but I just now put the cape on the newer SSC Maul... and it really isn't that great? The material looks nice, and maybe if I wanted to spend time stitching the hood down in spots...

I agree with this. If they're going to expire after a year, then they should compensate by killing the 40 day wait.

Does anyone happen to know who the original sculptor of this head is?

I purchased a ZC Toys Emulated 1.0 male body and it happens to be a bit too tall for what I need it for. Can anyone tell me if these extenders at the ankles pop off or how exactly to go about removing them without breaking anything? Without them, the height will be perfect.

You've inspired me to try my hand at a custom Maul! Did you hand paint the red on the torso, or airbrush it? Is there a certain brand acrylic you recommend? Did you use Mr. Super Clear or just regular old spray paint for the sealant? Your custom looks amazing

I purchased a 12in Hasbro doll of Maul from 1998 that came with a cloak, per someone else's recommendation and it worked out perfectly. The doll was super cheap when I found it on Amazon brand new. I just had to put two stitches in the hood to keep it where I wanted it. I have the SSC and the HT...
