Main difference is the cowl headsculpt - the eyes on the armoury are more realistic as are the mouth plates. The legs are different so you can display the armoury suit without boots in the armoury itself. Many people claim there are colour differences in the ab section.

There are two holes in the suit where the cape clips push into it. Ask your seller if the triangle broke off leaving the plastic attachment in place - or the whole thing has come out - which means the cape isn't attached anymore. However, the cape which comes with the figure is not very good...

His hat has slight differences in terms of shape. Not sure that picture is from the best angle. Plus his hat was quite flat/out of shape in At World's End.

Seemed rather big in the film. I think that custom one looks pretty good. Poor Tommy Shelby.

Totally randomly found the HT World's End hat in my box of spares. Don't have the DX15 yet but fingers crossed it fits.
