I’m wondering if anybody has had the same problem I pre-ordered some thing about three years ago and they have been quiet except for Covid excuses. I’ve requested a refund and they have started to ignore my emails does anybody have a phone number or experience the same thing?

Seems like they weren’t even remotely worried about it. I can understand broken or paint mishaps but leaving essential parts out is a huge deal for a company I would think?!
