Pricing has gotten way out of hand. It's great to see companies like TOTS step up and deliver quality at a reasonable price. Someone has to be there to help keep prices in check or Sideshow and the rest will only keep pushing their prices higher and higher.

I'm sure that part of it but Daleks appear on pretty much everything so they seem to be willing to work with companies and must be somewhat affordable. Big Chiefs own super deformed Dalek bobbleheads aren't insanely priced for example.

They've shown in the past that numbered editions are meaningless anyway by re-releasing the Doctors in un-numbered versions so if they do sell all 500 hold Daleks that doesn't necessarily mean he will be unavailable.

There are the Eaglemoss Mega Dalek statues. They're 9 inches tall so should scale pretty well. They're a fraction of the price of the BC ones and it's not like Daleks need much articulation or elaborate paint jobs anyway. Might be something to look into if the price of these Daleks are holding...

No one has ever nailed the Evil Dead 2 Ash likeness. Sideshows is the best but even then there's room for improvement. I'm curious to see how Asmus does with it. (Aslo I would be interested in 8 inch statue of Ash).

l Found an unboxing of Aerith. Looks good to me. The elbow joints aren't my favorite but the rest looks good. The split skirt is odd but mine will never be posed to make that visible so that's not an issue for me
