You'd think likeness rights would be a generic agreement when signing for a movie/TV show for all merchandise. The Hasbro lines of 4"& 6" have new Han and Obi Wan figures, are actors really going to be bothered about 1/6th scale figures of them?

Sure AOTC Yoda did have a kind of "2nd batch reissue" a few months after his initial release from Hot Toys, he was available to pre order again after selling out.

Maul and Qui Gon are still waiting for him to turn up for another final battle.

The Royal Guard would be such a easy figure for them to do along with knock off Palpatine, make a Royal Guard two pack and they'd sell loads.
