i honestly love AOTC too. several cool new locations were introduced (coruscant neon underworld, kamino, geonosis), everything to do with jango, obi-wan’s whole detective plot (shout out to dex’s diner), anakin’s experience with his mom on tattooine (including the iconic swoop bike shot)...
