Don't think the bust is available anywhere outside China, unless you placed full payment order from Taobao selected stores : 香菜模玩 or 小娘子模玩会 before 21:30 on July 19, 2024 (China time) I heard ACG team even need to do adjustment to pull off the exceeded quantity from these two stores
