Same thing happened with mine and I reach out to Kit for a replacement and I received a new hair piece, so definitely reach out.

Leave it up to SE to butcher the face sculpts/quality from prototype photos

So I did receive it and it was just the hair sculpt which is good with me because that was the only part of the piece that was damaged on mine.

I actually received a shipping notification from Kit which is presumably a replacement headsculpt for cloud. I was the one who posted pictures of the chipped paint on the tip of the hair spike. Should be here before too long.

I unboxed everything just to check for damage initially and everything looks phenomenal, with the exception of this paint chip on one of the hair tips. Not sure how that happened, but ill probably be reaching out to try and receive a replacement head.
