People may not want to hear this, but if you order a product from a third party re-seller, from a company that does not even have a legal license to sell that product in your region, there is probably going to be zero customer support for you. Yes, it would be nice if they took the extra step...

Yeah, that is the stock cape. They have just very carefully posed the wires to make it look relaxed.

Ordered the Jaxon cape. The stock cape is decent, but I do like the way this one drapes.

I checked. If you click on the "read more" button it says that it doesn't include the cloak.

I have no idea where I would put the horse, but I am absolutely going to pick up at least one of these. $500 for the Nazgul and the horse seems solid to me.

How weird. I just checked mine and the pouches are a little darker than your first photo, but nowhere near as dark as your second photo.

Yup. I only ordered through them because everywhere else was sold out. I will never order from them again in the future.

I emailed and they responded. They said that they have them, they are just still sitting in China.

They can be all over the place. I ordered a Gandalf from them, and it still hasn't shipped.
