Is it the right card? The one that looks like a movie ticket has a 5/22 date which I assume is the PO date. There’s another card that has 8/23 and what I assume the artists name? It’s in Chinese.

are you sure? Cause on the ticket they give you it has a date of 5/22. 8/23 might have been the last batch that went out before the Chinese new year. I got mine in January. Also Gandalf was supposed to release q2 2023. 5/22 might have been went you could preorder

Make sure you try all the hands too. A few people had problems where the fit was bad. My left grip hand just falls off. Not a major thing but still a little annoying

Well resellers are currently getting nailed after the nuka cola t-51 preorder and now the Hot rod t-45 opening for preorders on April 9. Tho I would have liked one without the paint jobs or just the NCR ranger one, I’m happy to see these being released again.
