Are those two pics the same costume? If they are, it shows just how big a difference lighting makes. If they aren't, then it certainly looks like there's some variation in the color between her screen used uniforms - whether original to the costume or due to the result of age / storage...

Could it be improved? Yeah, probably. It is none the less quite good IMO, and not Playmates by any stretch.
