The head sculpt is really great. I think the reference they used is the scene from ROTS when he reveals himself to Anakin. It’s the look he gives Anakin after he says “and save your wife from certain death.”

It’s amazing. They first teased this armory in January 2013, more than 10 years ago! HT is so strange.

now they need to fix that fugly doc ock sculpt, and I have a feeling they will. There were pics online last week of an HT pop-up shop somewhere and there was a Spider-Man NWH display with all the figures except doc ock. A good sign.

If he's really rejecting it because of the HS, I don't know what the guy expects - I think it's a pretty damn good HS. My guess is that he wants more royalties, too, or there is some weird legal issue between Marvel/Sony that makes this a hard thing to put out.
