Vendors outside SSC ask the figure sent back if sonething's defective. SSC asks for a photo which is a huge relief. Also, regarding shipping, SSC is in fact cheaper for me (when compare double box rates, they are head to head). Oh, BTW, that 150 USD cap is not specific to SSC, it applies...

As an international buyer, I preferred SSC. Their international shipping rates are reasonable and they replace parts without getting into trouble of returning the item. However, due to HT proto to final policy I quit preordering. And due to recent custom changes here, I quit buying from them...
