Thanks to showrunners, I'm not interested with a GI that has moon face (in respect to their race). Otherwise, great effort from HT. The final boss in Will Smith movie "I am legend" had more accurate facial features then what showrunners went for.

The pauldron in Phase I armor was roundish in TCW. So I consider it another mod by Rex himself.

I think it's the torso armor. HT iyeration is bulky. Below, despite blue kneepads the proportions look better. The torso armor is sleeker there.
