For those who were asking if P1 would be making their own Giger Alien (Big Chap), it looks like they announced it in FB:

Although i am sure the quality of their replica's will most likely be unmatched, I feel that these choices that ADI will be offering are lazy. Half a head, a 1/5th scale newborn, a tiny plaque, etc. With their capability and access to original material, why not make definitive 1/4 scale or 1/3...

Frankly I think that precisely because the edition size is high is the reason we are getting a somewhat reasonable price.

The exclusive is $1699. I think based on what was expected this is a fair price for the exclusive.

I actually like this xenomorph design a lot, and this head looks very nice. I kind of dislike the fact that CP has chosen to only make the head without the shoulders, but I guess it is to keep production and cost less complicated and to be able to sell cheaper. I might get this one.

It seems to me that the XM folks didn't set his dreads up properly...looks at this pic where it looks perfect, and notice how low they are hanging on his chest armor:

Everything looks amazing except for the dreads which somehow make him look like Krusty the Clown...Maybe they need to flow downwards more. But the detail overall is just sick.

The CP Big Chap should be up relatively soon, but the Dog Alien according to Kelvin is still pending approval so it might take longer.

This is exactly the issue that I have with this scale, it resembles a NECA toy, which by the way are very accurate, but still a figure.

Frankly I doubt that they will fix this.
