Has anyone heard from Shadow or have any outstanding orders with him? I commissioned something back in May and not heard anything :(

If these are casted in black resin you can try polishing up the resin to a gloss. Try rubbing some T-Cut with a cloth and get hold of some Nova plastic polish. The smoother the surface the glossier it will be. I'd probably stay clear of any varnishing as in my experience that always ends up a mess.

cheers 16k. Yeah paints seem the natural solution, though this area is rubbing on the head/neck area. Another idea that comes to mind is carefully dry-brushing some diluted brown leather dye and carefully blending that in. The area is covered by the head anyway, just fixing my OCD :D
