EXO-6 Star Trek "General Discussion" 1/6 Line

Dudley Moore for sure. His character from the movie Arthur. One of my all-time favorite comedies.

Just for fun, and to lighten the mood as we move into the Holidays!

EXO-6 Star Trek "The Next Generation" Figures

Come on, now. You may prefer the new one, but QMX was a top tier effort. No idea how you can look at that photo above and not see Stewart.

Submitted for your consideration. QMX Picard. Photographed to show the sculpt’s quality: Fully expect the EXO uniform to be an easy winner, but the QMX sculpt, if we’re being honest, is QUITE an accomplishment.

EXO-6 Star Trek "The Next Generation" Figures

It’s a very good likeness, just a bit too intense for a definitive representation in the display for my taste. But as I’ve said before, I can use QMX Picard for a more even expression and trot out EXO when he’s facing down The Borg…..or Wesley!

EXO-6 Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country Figures

Aaaaaand, despite all my reservations, ordered the B***H! Just couldn't say no to Sulu in the TWOK era uniform. Here's hoping he receives the standard EXO improvements. And if they refuse to move that belt, maybe I'll do it for them! (for me)

Yes, and OF COURSE WE KNOW WHAT WE'RE TALKING ABOUT! We're as big of fans of this property and all of it incarnations as you are! And we know what we saw on screen with our collective eyes! Now there's a difference between, "Oh, what you thought you might have seen on screen was an illusion...

EXO-6 Star Trek "General Discussion" 1/6 Line

Some of it is, no doubt, tied to the realities of being a manufacturer of this kind of product and how difficult it must be to incorporate changes into the production line once it's in gear. Then add to this the frustration that laypeople, who know nothing about realities of the time and cost...

It's not whining! When you enter into a professional arrangement with a company that seeks our monetary support through commerce, customers expect to be treated with a degree of respect that places value on the very support the company (or the man) seeks from us. And just about 100% - 1 of...

Agree with you there. Sell the E chair and pick up the ICONIC D chair 😇.

EXO-6 Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country Figures

In other disappointing news, it looks like Captain Sulu’s belt height will NOT be getting altered despite the evidence we can all see with our lying eyes. You know, as long as you have Capital E experts around, there’s no way that belt could have slid down the fabric a bit and no longer...

Agreed on the price, but this is one I had to have.

It's the TNG Chair! Looks really nice, and the control panels include light-up features!

Yeah, I usually strive to separate the character from the actor in terms of off-screen behavior and I usually succeed. And that Guinan proto looked very good. Just trying to decide if she's a crucial character for the display or not (whenever she goes up for preorder).

EXO-6 Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country Figures

Completely agree with this. People often try to capture skin detail with their cell phones and get very close to the figure, and that will almost always lead to some level of lens distortion. Thinking back to those first few images of Dr Bashir that we were posted on social media where his...

EXO-6 Star Trek "The Wrath of Khan" Figures

Well, she had quite a few ambidextrous moments in TV and Movie parts, but I'd have to say see is likely Right Hand dominant. But the point is that in this scene in TWOK (arguably the best example of her using most of her most key accessories in the film) she is clearly carrying the Phaser in...
