    Which HT figures disappointed?

:exactly:Well put. We all want articulation, but a figure worth its salt and at these prices should have as little as possible showing in terms of joints.

    Which HT figures disappointed?

What I originally planned to post is below. This is a post gone wrong, that I'm not sure how to delete. That is all. :lol

    Which HT figures disappointed?

I'll use Fury as an example. The cut at the top part of the necks are just straight cuts which kinda make the headsculpt look like a 1/6 mask as opposed to an actual noggin'. None of it is necessary either as the shirt/jumper/whatever is almost polar necked in its coverage so you can barely see...

    Which HT figures disappointed?

Puppy dog head tilts!:lol I appreciate that maybe a figure such as Black Widow or Hulk would need upper neck articulation as having it on the lower neck would ruin the look but the others don't need it. If they had to have them, they could've been A LOT more subtle. :hi5: I guess its all down...

    Which HT figures disappointed?

I really have enjoyed the HT Avengers line so far. (I'm a sucker for superhero film collectables) However, if there was one major complaint I have, its the damned cut upper necks. (not real sure on the correct terminology...) Personally I feel they're completely unnecessary. Cetainly not enough...

Hot Toys - MMS DX 11 - TDK: The Joker 2.0 Collectible Figure specs and pics

I was in the same boat. My missus bought me a DX12 for Xmas (from ToyHQ) and I too didn't receive it until February. My guess would be that Hot Toys put their goods together in waves; maybe is a money saving deal staff wise. Joker 2.0 has been out for a few months now in the Asia markets, the US...

I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be 100% legal to place a false price on it, but not totally sure... :wink1:

If memory serves me, FedEx indded pay the duty beforehand. I guess you could argue the legality of it as you never asked them to pay the duty and they are paying in your name, but I 'spose the duty still has to be paid regardless. Royal Mail do the same as well. £50.00 is a bit extreme isn't...

Whenever I've bought from Sideshow (collector from the UK), I've ended up paying custom duty (if thats what you mean). Its been a while since I purchased from them and it was a Hot Toys DX Bruce Lee. I paid $200 and paid roughly £18 GBP custom duty. I could be wrong as I never really looked into...
