Loonentoys here. They've told me to return, but I'm guessing it's for a refund and not a replacement. Annoying though as I used the 20% off ebay deal from a couple months ago when I purchased this, so now I'm gonna have to pay full price for a new one

I've tried cleaning one of the spots with a wet wipe and it seems to take it off quite easily. It's still there but a lot fainter. Might try some proper cleaning stuff before I send back

Yeah mine has the ink spots too, quite a lot of them. I contacted Loonentoys and they said everyone is saying the same thing.
