Same thing happened to me. After the 3rd attempt at delivering the figure, they will hold it at their nearest facility for 5 business days. After that, they ship it back to the sender. Good luck!

Cat's left boot is really loose and comes off easily. I read somewhere earlier that nail polish applied on the pegs helps to add friction so that its not so loose.

I have her mask with the goggles up and strongly considering carefully bringing them down to the neutral position and putting them back in the box!

I'm sorry to see that the masks of quite a few people are breaking. Is everybody whose goggles broke experiencing the breakage in the same spots as Maglor or is it breaking in different places, like where the arms connect to the mask?

Mine hasn't broke, but after reading everyone else's experiences, I also think that it's only a matter of time... I wonder if keeping them in the UP position causes to much stress on the tiny pins that attach to the mask strap...
