The axe is not listed in toys2. From what I understand it's a direct store preorder exclusive, which means that even if you were to walk into Enterbay in HK now, you would still not get the axe unless you preordered from them in the beginning.

Thank you Jen. Actually it was PURE luck as i happened to be clicking on Mistress's Crystal Ball looking for a spooky special and the word just popped up. Hot Damn its my first win on any Spooktacular, i still can't believe it!!
