Well they don’t need to, they’ve basically cornered the two biggest franchises there is. They have no incentive to make figures from any other franchises unless it’s something Howard personally likes.

I doubt that. Kit Fisto has the benefit of 1) being a Jedi 2) having more appearances throughout The Clone Wars. The reason HT has seemingly drifted away from OT figures for the most part is probably due to sales being a lot higher for PT/CW and Mando related stuff.
