For those who looking for this figure, I manage to grab mine at California adventure park in Anaheim, CA at the guardian of the galaxy ride. They have it for $210 and I paid $203 with Disney card. Way better than paying $350-400 on eBay.

I recently got one from eBay. After I extended the abs, I couldn't retract it completely. No matter how much I tried to push it back. It still leave a 1mm gap in the abs. is this a common defect or there is a way to retract the abs completely?
