Alright so it's not just me. I was wondering where the heck my Thanos was, but I ordered from a local shop and have historically waited longer to get product.

Is it just me or does the head look big on this version? Maybe it's the angle of the shots. I can't quite put my finger on it.

Head alone w/LED is basically the cost of a SS figure. Without it, I think it's $185 or something. Unless I misinterpreted the cost breakdown on his page, it's $515 USD for the premium parts (i.e. painted arm, gun, and LED eye). Definitely aimed at the hardcore audience.

Good combo, the Jin headsculpt is far better imo. Ouch at the price, but I understand.

Like I said, I'll be patient. I'm not judging those who want this, it's totally understandable. I just want Yondu-tier likeness, and am willing to wait for it. If it never happens, I'm perfectly fine with that; these things cost a lot of money! :)

Likeness is off imo. Good work in general, but I'll just be patient and hope they get this licensing stuff sorted for DP3 / X-Force.

That Toys Era headsculpt looks amazing. How long is the typical wait from pre-order to shipping for TE stuff? With the Disney thing, I'm positive we get Hot Toys Cable eventually. Just gotta be patient. And LOL @ the notion of a re-cast, why would they mess with a winning formula?

It's incredibly well detailed and has good likeness, but I'm going to be Joe Picky Pants and say something looks off, especially from the side; I feel like it's the mostly the eyes, but in the third picture his nose and chin look like they could use a bit of adjusting. Spectacular modeling...

What's off with the proportions? It looks pretty good to me.

Love Venom and am eager to see this (Hardy is one of my favorites from his gen), but I have reservations about a Hot Toys figure since I don't like seams. This is mitigated by clothes, but Venom ain't got none... so, seam-city.

That's what I'm counting on. I can forego the lit eye, just give me the cloak, some guns, and strong likeness. Everything else is gravy. I assume VTS figures tend to go for less because they're unofficial?

"Collectibles" and "figures" are very different things, though. Did they release anything else in other product lines (Cosbaby, etc)? That would count. The revelation about licensing leaves me with doubts, for sure, but how does that line go... "My mind's telling me no... but mah BAHDAYY...
