Hot Toys - Joker - 1/6th scale The Joker Collectible Figure

I don't get the urge to cancel based on the sequel. I mean, I ordered HT Joker because I liked the character in the original film (which is what the figure is based upon). Even if the sequel is as bad as many are saying (I have yet to see it myself), that doesn't diminish the original. It's like...

InArt: The Lord of the Rings - Nazgul 1:6

The base is a deal breaker for me on the Nazgul. I would only want him if mounted on a marsh or woodland base. What's the point of getting a hyper-realistic figure only to display him on a stylized base? And they just came out with some really nice looking marsh/woodland bases - why didn't they...

    Toys Wonderland shipping options

I've long since given up on the $300 that they stole from me. They won't return my emails. I used to think they were just incompetent. Now I know them from what they are ... criminals.

    Star Ace Ghostbusters

I feel like companies are starting to price their figures based on what InArt and Hot Toys are charging without taking into account how amazing the quality is on the figures being produced by those companies. They fail to see that it's not 1/6 figures as a whole that are now suddenly worth so...

1/6 Hot Toys - Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back - Chewbacca

I would have happily traded the moving jaw for a mouth that was the right shape/position. The corners of his mouth are positioned far too high which gives him his cheesy grin instead of the down-turned smile he actually had.

Jazzinc Dioramas 1/6 Ultimate Catwoman (Batman Returns, 1992)

It's a shame that HT feels the need to bully other companies in order to maintain their dominance. So much for the free market system.

InArt: The Lord of the Rings - Aragorn 1:6

Rooted hair is vastly superior *if* it is styled correctly. For those who complain that they do not want (or know how to) style the hair, the sculpted version is a solid option - but the idea that sculpted hair is *better* than properly styled rooted hair just sounds like sour grapes.

Sideshow: The Clint Eastwood Legacy Collection (1:6 figures)

I picked up Wales and Preacher - those two are enough for me. I was one of the many voices calling for a Munney but, when I saw the sculpt, I wasn't sold, so I ultimately passed on it.

InArt - Hermione Granger 1/6 Collectible Figure

I cringe a little at the silicone. I wish they would make a set of swap-out museum pose legs with no knee joints in the same way they have done for forearms on other figures (like Joker). That way, if you wanted to have her in a simply standing pose, you would have seamless knees and a sturdy...

Mars Toys 1/6 Penguin (Burgess Meredith)

With the new HS, this is now not only an instant PO the day it becomes available, but it is one of my most highly anticipated acquisitions!

Jazzinc Dioramas 1/6 Ultimate Catwoman (Batman Returns, 1992)

But, if this is "the ultimate" Catwoman, it cannot by definition be improved upon...

Jazzinc Dioramas 1/6 Ultimate Catwoman (Batman Returns, 1992)

I'm pretty sure that it was PayPal who made that call - they are dropping a lot of businesses that have pre-order wait times that exceed the dispute time limit.

1/6 Hot Toys - The Dark Knight - Batman Armory with Bruce Wayne (2.0) Collectible Set

I was very late to the game on collecting DK so I am excited to get this great-looking set. Who knows if InArt will do one (I hope they don't since I'd rather them concentrate on their other lines like LOTR, HP, etc and this HT figure looks plenty good for me. Instant PO!

Jazzinc Dioramas 1/6 Ultimate Catwoman (Batman Returns, 1992)

This is great news from Joost. I had given up on adding a Pfeiffer Cat Woman to my collection because none of the third-party figures on offer looked good enough - just tell me there won't be any pleather (ot other material that will flake if you look at it wrong) and it will be an instant PO.

Mars Toys 1/6 Penguin (Burgess Meredith)

Extremely impressed with these new sculpts. Can't wait to add Riddler and Penguin to my gang of villains :) I hope they can do Newmar to complete the core set.

1/6 Toys Battalion - TB008 Legendary Merchant (Tom Hardy, Taboo)

SO disappointed in Battalion Toys! I am an eclectic collector - I like a wide range of shows/films and try to represent as many different franchises in my collection as possible rather than going “all in” on one or two. So, when I saw that TB was going to create one of my favorite recent...

EXO-6 Star Trek "The Wrath of Khan" Figures

I've been burned too many times by companies (like QMx) starting lines (Firefly, Princess Bride) and then abandoning them after one or two figures, so EXO's approach here is costing them a lot of my business. If I had the TWOK figures in hand, I'd be very likely to keep building y ST collection...

1/6 Hot Toys - POTC5 - Jack Sparrow Figure (Artisan Edition + Regular) Collectible Figure

Artisan versio was an easy pass for me - the Standard gives me everything I need. I'll have him in his had, so the real cloth bandana won't be missed and I don't I'll pose him in a way that will show off the back of his head, so all that braiding work would likewise be lost. I also don't want...

1/6 Hot Toys - VGM58 - Battlefront 2: Umbra Operative ARC Trooper (Exclusive)

I know there are products that under-perform and they get stuck with hundreds/thousands of units warming shelves in warehouses - but why intentionally limit the number of a piece like this (that any ***** could have told them would be a hot seller) and intentionally make far less money. The Bay...

InArt - The Batman 1/6th Figure

InArt produces a superior product. While it’s true that they won't be a threat to HT (they only release a few figures each year, their wait times are long and the products are very expensive) they ARE a large part of the reason that HT products have gotten better and that’s a win for us all...
