Would you guys have this as your only Obiwan in the collection? I still have him preordered through sideshow but I don’t know if I should keep him or wait for a possible 2.0 of ROTS Kenobi. I really would just want to have one version of the character.

I’m looking forward to the full reveal of these. I could see Anakin as being my first statue depending on the price lol. Seeing as they were able to get the Star Wars license I wonder if Queen and JND might be able to at least for statues.

I got my invoice for the Batman premium edition from Spec finally! It says transit time is 30-40 days still 😅 but at least I have an estimate on when to expect it.

Yeah this was a concern I had when they announced they were doing year 1 figures considering their sculpts appear aged up often. It’s a shame they’re getting this negative feedback as I think they could potentially do some good older figures like a Gambon Dumbledore or Snape.

Well the Hermione sculpt shown previously looked decent so I guess it depends. No he was referring to the Jnd figures from what I read.

I’m pretty sure this is just a diorama piece they created to display the figures once they’re presented. Similar to when they showed the concrete wall diorama when they first teased the Batman Armory. I would love to be wrong though lol.

It’ll be interesting to see how JND does with sculpting these kid versions considering they tend to age up the sculpts from what we’ve seen with Joker and Batman. Who knows we may end up getting the older versions that everyone’s been asking for with these!

I just got an email from sideshow for final payment sch 06/19. Can’t wait to get my first Spider-Man in the collection!

Wow can’t remember the last time there was this much universal acclaim for an announcement from hot toys. This looks incredible and my preorder has been placed!

Got my Mace Windu in from TBA.I really like his Jedi robe which I think add a lot to the overall figure. While not the best head sculpt I do think it looks a lot better in person. I’m really happy to finally have him in the collection!

That AOTC Yoda is a great figure. In retrospect he is our first Artisan Star Wars figure without the label lol. I might consider getting another if it came with a cool diorama base.

They displayed what I assume is the final product for Mace on the Star Wars livestream with Sideshow. The sculpt looks to be the same to me.
