I have a Kim bodyed Data and a Chakotay bodyed Picard also. Arguably the first contact Data head works better but doesn't capture the smirk he wore for most of the film. Only issue is the secondary market for spare 1/6 scale Harry Kim heads is pretty quiet....

On what basis does he owe you anything? He's a guy making figures. Buy them or don't. Seems that quite a lot of people do want to buy them and frankly it's unbelievable most exist. If you'd told me I could buy a 1/6 scale Kira 3 years ago I'd have laughed in your face. As for his not launching...

Sisko for me, with Quark and Locutus close joint seconds and Data in third. Admiral Picard also up there as is Tuvok. Although, while not officially an option, my favourite 1/12 trek to date would be the Exo/QMX collaboration Generations Picard...
