Ah, so it is. Guess they tried to replicate the relationship between the two, but both are toned down due to paint limitations. In a perfect world, the Hot Toys T-800 would use the T-1000's current finish and the T-1000 would be proper chrome.

Is it just me or is the metal paint on the T-1000 doughnut head shinier than on the T-800? The Endo bits look duller in comparison.
