About Us
Started with hobby of collectibles toys in the small group in bbm group, DRAGONFLY TOYZ or DF was created in May of 2013 by the friendship among collectors in Jakarta Indonesia.
As the time goes by, DF has spread it’s wings and thanks to God in 1st Quarter of 2014, DF opened a shop in Mangga 2 Square – 3rd floor A262. Now in 4th Quarter of 2014, DF has the courage to make an official website to pleasant our local and international customers.
Our simple goal is just to make the customer happy !
How to Order
Ordering is very simple, you can call, sms or bbm us to purchase your order
Payment
We offer payment Bank Wire Transfers only through BCA
Shipping
- Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to ship
- For domestic shipping we recommend using Tiki & JNE
- For domestic in Jakarta, we can do cash on delivery (COD)
- For international shipping we recommend using EMS with economic shipping
Pre-order Term
Definition of pre-order is ordering in advance with the downpayment for an item that will be released in certain period of time by a particular company.
RULES & TERM
Down payment is required at least 30% from total price.
Full payment must be sent maximum in 5 working days, the failure to do so, your preorder price will be adjusted to additional 10% as penalty.
We reserve the rights to close any pre-order anytime before deadline.
Whenever shipment is divided into several shipments, then rules of "First Pay First Get" will be applied. If stocks are out, then you have to wait for the next shipment. But no worries, you still get what you’ve ordered as they are guaranteed.
Please note the deadline in every item. Orders after deadline are subject to LATE PRE-ORDER if available.
If price is in US Dollar or other currency, rate will be using BCA selling rate at Internet Banking - KlikBCA. Rate converted on THE DAY OF ITEM RELEASED/READY TO SHIP FROM OUR SUPPLIER. Which will be announced at the website.
Pay-off Formula will be: (USD Price x BCA Selling Rate) - Down Payment IDR
Accept the Payment with bank transfer in IDR and Paypal in US Dollar.
We makes every attempt to fill every single preorder we receive. However, there may be issues out of our control such as allocation, manufacturer cancellation, etc. that may affect our ability to fill all preorders. Please note that these issues rarely occur and we have a very good record of filling all customer preorders.
