Got a great deal on this guy and could not pass it up. All I can say is WOW...Puts all my other collectibles to shame, nothing I have ever seen can quite compare. Special thanks to Greatwall for his support and advice. I can only imagine the Alien Warrior or King of Darkness busts topping this thing as it is ridiculous in both sheer size and detail. My mom wont go near it, thank you Sideshow

nice buy, it's my favorite of all the ss busts. alien head, arnie, ardeth bay and yoda are great too but this is ss best bust PERIOD. display this big boy at eye level if you can. I will never let mine go. Congrats

Did you pick this up from someone else on the board, or did you get through ebay or some online retailer?

I'm not really into busts but this one is very nice - I'm sure it must have cost you a fortune (especially with shipping and possibly customs).

If you picked this up from somewhere here in Toronto I'd love to know where I'm always on the hunt for a cheaper way to get stuff like this, and buying locally always helps.

I intended on putting it eye level, but I underestimated the sheer size of it and because of how much the manibles come out so far, it was too much at risk to get knocked by somebody walking by.. I have the Arnold bust as well and would never think of finding something better, I was very surprised to admit that this trumps it.
I have it in a great spot though above a bookshelf in the corner of a room which is clearly visible from the sitting area. Luckily this bust is fairly light considering the sheer size of it and is easy to bring down if anybody is brave enough to look this monster face to face.

Allot of patience my friend and stay close to the boards as deals do come up.
I payed 85 US for shipping which was more than fair since it was shipped international. I took some risk as I requested it only be declared at 100 bucks so i only payed about 40 dollars in customs fees instead of $400
It was a ballsy move that payed off, since it suffered no damage

I do all my shopping by mail, Toronto is not great for this kind of stuff...Goodluck!

Always been a grail of mine. I'm gonna have to wait on sideshow making a pred 2 bust. I've personally always prefered the pred 2 design but the first movie is up there with big classics so even if I do get a p2 bust this will always be missing.

Hey Pred 2 is also a great movie,
If there is one thing i earned is only get the one YOU want. I was gonna pick up the new Hot Toys Pred and Dutch (They cost like 400 US shipped), but I knew I wanted this more as my only definitive Predator collectible. Im glad I took the leap, If this bust is what you REALLY Want, than you should take the leap too.
