1/13 Express Update - Ten Galadriel PFs Available

Not sure if this warrants a thread, but I thought I'd throw out a heads up: for those interested, ten Galadriel PFs have been found and are available for order. Log into your SS Newsletter account and check the 1/13 Express Update.

A Brick and Mortar by me still has one of these as well. A bit too pricy for me at the moment though. A shame really, as I would love to have it!

I really recommend Galadriel and she has a pretty low ES for this line. The sculpt looks quite like Cate Blanchett, the outfit is amazing, and it is a nice addition to the line overall. The only minor nitpick would be the vibrant color for her lips, but it is a really minor quibble.

That said, she can be found cheaper at another retail, but I highly recommend this PF!

agreed! i got mine just last month and i can say that it is really an underrated piece. i can even live with her red lips! that's how contented i am having her.

I dunno, GTW would probably be the worst for me. Such an awesome character with such huge PF potential, and they titted it up!! Glad they're not using the same head sculpt for GTG!
The SSW statue IS under-rated. The dress is very detailed and she looks beautiful when displayed from the side, much like this photo:

I'd have to say GTW is the worst. Galadriel doesn't look bad in person. I think the problem is not the sculpt itself, rather the paint app's. Still, I'd rather pay $40 for the lousy SSW Galadriel than 5X that for the SS version.
