Just wandering what is the best way to remove the head so i can replace the cape and lower the cowel so there is no small gap anymore.. Thanks

heat it up with a hair dryer or on a radiator ,or in boiling hot water and when its softened carefully pull it off

Thanks heaps. Is it possible to remove it and not break it completely. or once its off its off for good ?

yeah totally doable pushes back on no problem , just heat up the head and push it back on the unheated neck peg , hole in neck heated and soft and peg on body firm ,apply careful pressure when pushing down and pulling off and it should pop on and off a treat
