Are you referring to him dumping grogu in his x-wing and sending him back to Mando

I could definitely see how it could be read that way. I think mostly they just didn't want Luke on tatooine. It just becomes the avengers problem all over again (how come iron man doesn't show up to help cap in Winter soldier? Etc etc etc). These shared universes have a tendency to write themselves into a corner in that way.

The issue was that section had no place in BOBF anyways. That ultimatum Luke gave Grogu was stupid, they couldve at least saved it for season 3, we all know not much happened in that season anyways.

Agreed. Would rather we have just resolved all that in Mando Season 3 or Ahsoka or whatever.

I kinda liked that in season 2 mando completed his quest. Unfortunately, they were clearly worried about how to move forward without more grogu.

Yeah, when Luke picked up Grogu and carried him away in the S2 finale, I think a lot of us imagined something much more significant was the follow. Instead they served us a great big nothingburger.

Those problems^ are why I now consider this a general post ROTJ Luke (or EU Luke) ready for any adventure of your choosing. I like him best with the ROTJ hair.

However if you like him as told to you in Mando/BOBF that is fine as well. I'm just saying it can work either way.

I'm not a fan of the movies a lot of my figures are based on so I make up my own stories - which mostly consist of the figure itself looking cool on the shelf

It's amazing how a simple hair swap can change the overall look of the original HS drastically.

I am a die hard ANH and ESB fan. For me, Luke's look in ESB has been prominently ingrained in my brain and I really love his outfit in Mando;

That is really cool that it actually works. That hair swap made me change my mind about this figure. Now I have him ordered (and the 'speeder sculpt) after all. lol

This one reminds me a lot of the Legends Luke as well. Particularly from the Jedi Academy era. This figure was how I always pictured Luke to be after RotJ. lol

did not watch the show but what did grogu do to piss luke up. kept wetting his diapers?

It just tags nicely onto the end of Luke's story. A little glimpse into the master he becomes.
I need ANH farmboy Luke too so I can have all the phases of Luke, finish it all off with Mando season 2 Luke. Then no more. I think that's a good representation of Luke.

i read up wiki on his estate. it is funny for a legend jedi he still had to go back to tantooine and use his force to find someone to inherit his moisture farm. dudes a commander or general level by end of ep iii and he cant get someone in the rebel to run his farm.
